Scarlet was founded in 2011 as an etiquette-focused organization, committed to helping young leaders become more confident as they advance towards adult-hood. Our organization evolved to be a full-service leadership consultancy, positioning us to help leaders of all stages become better leaders at they evolve throughout their lives.

Jacqueline M. Baker, Founder & Principal Consultant
I am a speaker, author, leadership consultant and advisor. As the author of The Unexpected Leader: Discovering the Leader Within You and Leader by Mistake: Becoming A Leader One Mistake At A Time, I frequently speaks and writes on the leadership-for-all concept.
My inspiration and expertise comes from more than a decade as the founder and principal consultant for Scarlet, a consultancy that provides leadership training to Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, community organizations and individuals across the globe.
I also leverage my experience serving in a number of corporate board and community service roles. An avid dinner-party hostess, I create space and opportunities to gather groups for compelling conversation, delicious cuisine and untraditional ways for continued leadership development. Julie Meyer, Partnerships Lead
I build B2B consulting businesses that solve big problems through words and the power of perspective shifts.
My companies have made an impact in the food space through nutrition and sustainability strategy and communications; in the people space through strategic mentoring engagement and a top-rated mentoring podcast and now in the sales space, helping B2B business owners connect with (and land!) their most valuable customers through GTM strategy and coaching.
I also teach entrepreneurship and innovation at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, undergrad and MBA, and am the partnership lead for Scarlet. I am also the chair of the advisory board for the Frank & Eileen Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College.
